This unpasteurized, undiluted junmai from Maruichi Shuzo is released in its raw genshu state, retaining the fresh vitality of the newly pressed moromi. Bottled at cask strength, it shows a richer texture and more assertive rice flavor than the standard Hoshiizumi junmai.
