Suwaizumi no Nama is a seasonal raw junmai released fresh from the press, brewed from Yamada Nishiki and Tama Sakae at 70% polishing and stored at sub-zero temperatures until shipment. The soft Chiyogawa ultra-soft water gives the sake a gentle mouthfeel, with a mild rice sweetness and clean finish characteristic of Suwa Shuzo's pure rice style.
