This Junmai Ginjo Genshu from Kataoka Shuzo combines the aromatic qualities of ginjo brewing with the undiluted concentration of a genshu bottling. Brewed in Fukuoka without the addition of distilled alcohol, it is a pure rice sake delivering elevated fruity aromas alongside a full, robust body.
