Jokigen Tokubetsu Junmai Daiginjo Ginjookoku is part of Kano Shuzo's Ginjo Okoku (Ginjo Kingdom) series, reflecting Ishikawa Prefecture's reputation as one of Japan's foremost regions for ginjo-style sake production. As a junmai daiginjo, it is brewed without added alcohol and with rice polished to 50% or below, representing the brewery's dedication to the highest grade of pure rice sake.

1819년 창업 이래 쌀 재배와 차 재배에 힘써왔으며, 풍작을 농부들과 함께 축하하고 그것이 영원히 이어지기를 기원하는 마음에서 브랜드 이름을 붙였습니다. 양조용 쌀은 자사에서 재배한 야마다 니시키와 가가산 고햐쿠만고쿠를 사용하고, 하쿠산의 청정한 지하수 '하쿠스이노 이도'를 양조용수로 삼아 노토 출신 장인이 수작업으로 빚습니다.
