Rice polished to 40% underpins this ginjo from Imakomachi, brewed by Nakawashoten in Tokushima. Named after the legendary Ono no Komachi, the brewery draws on Yoshino River water to craft sake with a clean, fruity fragrance and a delicate palate that reflects the soft water character of the region.
