This tokubetsu honjozo is released as a first-press, undiluted genshu bottled directly from the pressing, capturing the vibrant freshness of the newly brewed sake in Itami, Hyogo. The muroka (no charcoal filtration) treatment preserves a fuller, more expressive character, with the natural richness of undiluted genshu at the forefront.
