Hakutaka Daiginjo is the flagship premium expression from Hakutaka in Nishinomiya, Nada, Hyogo, where the brewery has brewed with Yamadanishiki rice from Yokawa and Miyamizu water since its founding in 1862. Hakutaka is Japan's sole designated supplier of Goryoshu to Ise Jingu, an honor held continuously since 1924, reflecting exceptional consistency in quality. The daiginjo category demands rice polished to at least 50%, and this expression showcases the elegant aromatic precision Nada's terroir enables.
