Hagino Tsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsushikomi Sakuratoneko Usunigori Bihapponamazake is a special-batch sparkling junmai ginjo, lightly cloudy (usunigori) and gently effervescent (bihappo), released unpasteurized in a cherry-blossom-season cat-label edition. Hagino Shuzou has become celebrated for its cat-label seasonal releases, which have developed a devoted following beyond Miyagi Prefecture. Brewed with pure-rice ginjo methods and the brewery's soft mountain spring water, this limited expression combines festive texture with the brewery's characteristic clean acidity.
