Ginjonamatyo Hakutakagurasu from Hakutaka in Nada, Hyogo, is a namacho ginjo packaged as a glass-served product, reflecting the brewery's dedication to bringing its Yamadanishiki and Miyamizu-based brewing tradition to convenient formats. Hakutaka, founded in 1862, is renowned as the sole official supplier of Goryoshu to Ise Jingu since 1924, a distinction it holds among all Japanese breweries. The single pasteurization preserves the delicate floral notes that define Nada ginjo.
