후운켄키덴 켄진무사시

🍶
Description

Fuunkenkiden Kenshimmusashi draws its dramatic name from the imagery of a legendary sword demon, evoking the spirit of the historical swordsman Miyamoto Musashi, and is a junmai from Houmeishuzou in Hyogo's Tanba-Sasayama region. The junmai designation ensures a full-bodied, rice-driven flavor profile brewed without the addition of distilled alcohol, producing a sake with natural weight and depth. Tanba-Sasayama's reputation as a training ground for kurabito, or brewery workers, who journeyed throughout the region to brew sake adds historical depth to this boldly named expression.
