Junmai Daiginjo Domaine Koshinotsuru uses Koshitanrei rice polished to 50%, drawing on the concept of a wine-style terroir expression rooted in the paddies and water of the Koshinotsuru region. The sake carries the soft mouthfeel and gentle umami characteristic of Koshitanrei in a refined junmai daiginjo framework.
