Yamada Nishiki polished to 32% over approximately 100 hours across four days for this top-tier daiginjo shizuku, hand-washed grain by grain to the second at Daikan. New-pressing shizuku and aged reserve shizuku are blended to produce a mellow yet composed palate described as refined and bracing (tenrin); stored at 3°C for over ten years before release.
