Daiginjo Muroka Namagenshu is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted daiginjo from Sekishu Shuzo in Shimane, using Hyogo Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%. The muroka nama genshu approach preserves the full aromatic intensity of the daiginjo at its highest natural concentration.
