Description

Buna no Shirakami Junmaishu is brewed with Mutsuhommare rice at 70% polish using the underground spring water of the Shirakami mountain range, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. It is clean and light on the palate with a quiet umami that deepens noticeably when warmed.
