🍶
Description

The Ginsen Honjozo from Asamai Shuzo in Akita uses Gin no Sei, a sake rice developed by Akita Prefecture's agricultural research station, polished to 58% to produce a light, approachable sake with the clean character of the region's soft mountain spring water. The Amanoto label takes its name from an ancient Japanese poem about the mythological 'Heaven's Stone Door.'
