아키시카 셋슈노세 준마이슈

🍶
Description

Sesshunose references the historical name for the Settsu region, acknowledging the ancient province from which Nose, Osaka derives its geographic identity, a subtle nod to the deep roots Akishika Shuzou has planted in the area since 1886. This Junmai is produced from organically grown rice farmed on the brewery's own land, bottled without charcoal filtration or dilution in keeping with Oku-san's 2004 commitment to pure-rice sake production. Polished to approximately 75%, the rice retains robust grain character that translates into the dry, savory, and textured style Akishika is celebrated for.
