The sixth release in the Yamakawamitsuo four-brewery collaboration from Yamagata, this 2017 winter junmai uses Yamagata-grown rice polished to 60%. Brewed for enjoyment both chilled and warmed, it reflects the collective craftsmanship of Yamaga Masamune, Tadenokawa, Toko, and Uyou Otokoyama.
