- 1935The 8th-generation head, Kotaro, took over as brewery owner.
- 1956The 9th-generation head, Zen'ichiro, took over as brewery owner.
- 1989Won a Gold Medal at the National New Sake Awards for the first time.
- 1998The 10th-generation head, Kazuhiro, took over as brewery owner.
- 2009Won Gold Medals at the National New Sake Awards for three consecutive years (2009-2011).
- 2020Developed and released a sake brewed with ancient rice varieties.
- 2025The 11th-generation head, Zen'ichi, took over as brewery owner.
