Produced in a 720 ml format, this junmai ginjo namazake comes from a brewery founded in Osaka in 1716 that has won the National New Sake Appraisal gold award seven times. All production is done entirely by hand, from carefully timed rice soaking to natural-air cooling of steamed rice.
