양조장 소개
In 1896 (Meiji 29), the warehouse is located in the northwestern part of the prefecture, in the rural areas blessed with underground water from the Funagata Mountains, which require a beech forest, and is designated as a heavy snowfall area at the time of construction. Currently, we are working on sake brewing mainly by the seventh generation brewery, who has inherited the traditional techniques of Nanbu Tori.
The concept of sake brewing is Simple Is Best
I believe that simple things are hard to be transmitted immediately, but I believe that it is a really good thing that is loved for a long time, and I try to make careful sake brewing that values the basics that are not swayed by fashion.
