Honjozo genshu (non dilué) de Igarashi Shuzo à Hanno, Saitama, sous l'étiquette Tenranzan, nommée d'après le sommet où l'Empereur Meiji a passé en revue les troupes impériales en 1882. Pressé directement (jikagumi) sans dilution, il délivre un umami concentré et un corps propre et structuré, adapté aussi bien à la dégustation fraîche que chaude.
