Un daiginjo muroka genshu (non filtré, non dilué) de la gamme Shirakabe-gura, élaboré à partir de riz Gohyakumangoku poli à 50 % selon la méthode kimoto que la brasserie maintient depuis l'époque Edo. Mis en bouteille sans filtration ni ajout d'eau à 17 % d'alcool, il délivre des arômes ginjo frais évoquant la pomme, accompagnés du corps plus ample et de la texture propres au genshu. La valeur SMV est de +1, ce qui lui confère un équilibre général.
