La brasserie, fondée en 1909 et dont le nom fait référence à l'expression 'rosée bénie des dieux' utilisée par la religion Konkokyo, perpétue des générations de savoir-faire dans l'élaboration de sake raffiné à partir des ressources naturelles d'Okayama.
