Shigemasu Nakakumi Daiginjo Namanama est un daiginjo non pasteurisé et non chauffé élaboré avec du Yamada Nishiki poli à 50 % par Takahashi Shoten à Fukuoka. Le pressage nakakumi (tirage du milieu) sélectionne la partie la plus équilibrée et la plus aromatique ; l'embouteillage namanama préserve sa fraîcheur délicate et vivante.
