Ginjo de la brasserie de Kesennuma utilisant du riz Kura no Hana de Miyagi poli à 60 %, brassé avec de l'eau de source locale douce. Un arôme floral clair, un palais lisse et une finale sèche et propre caractérisent cette expression, qui s'accorde particulièrement bien avec les fruits de mer de la côte de Sanriku.
