L'Otemon Namaginjo est un ginjo non pasteurisé utilisant du Miyama Nishiki de la brasserie Suzuki Shuzo à Saitama. La mise en bouteille namazake capture des arômes frais et vifs ainsi qu'une texture animée caractéristiques d'un ginjo de Miyama Nishiki fraîchement pressé de la région du Kanto.
