Kikusuinokarakuchi est un honjozo élaboré à partir de riz uruchi cultivé à Niigata, poli à 70 %, ayant remporté l'or suprême au Zenkoku Kanshu Contest 2021 dans la catégorie ぬる燗. Ce sake est reconnu pour sa sécheresse claire et vive, soutenue par un umami sous-jacent constant, et convient aussi bien aux températures froides que chaudes.
