Kamotsuru Hirokeisakesanjuusangou est un Junmai Daiginjo de Kamotsuru Shuzo Co., Ltd à Hiroshima, brassé avec la variété de riz expérimentale n°33 développée par les chercheurs de la préfecture d'Hiroshima. Cette variété rare et développée régionalement témoigne de l'investissement continu d'Hiroshima dans la sélection de cultivars de riz à sake adaptés à son environnement de brassage en eau douce. La classification Junmai Daiginjo permet au caractère unique de ce riz expérimental de s'exprimer pleinement.
