Le Yamada Nishiki poli à 40 % est à la base de ce Kamomidori Daiginjo de Marumotoshuzo à Asakuchi, Okayama. Avec ce taux de polissage, l'utilisation du Yamada Nishiki cultivé biologiquement par la brasserie et l'eau souterraine pure de la plaine de Kasaoka, ce daiginjo présente un arôme stable et équilibré ainsi qu'un palais posé et moelleux, issu de l'une des brasseries les plus engagées d'Okayama dans la philosophie du grain au verre.
