Sans alcool ajouté, il exprime des arômes naturels de ginjo aux côtés d'un caractère propre et minéral issu des eaux de montagne de Gifu. La désignation junmai garantit que le profil aromatique est façonné uniquement par le riz, l'eau, le koji et la levure.
