Poli à 75%, ce sake de grade josen de la brasserie de Kumamoto fondée en 1752 est brassé avec l'eau souterraine du système de ravins de Kikuchi. La brasserie respecte le principe fondateur de la fabrication du sake ichi-koji, ni-moto, san-zukuri, en appliquant un soin artisanal à chaque étape.
