Isojiman Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Tadanobuo est élaboré à partir du nakadori, la coupe centrale du pressurage qui donne le sake le plus équilibré et le plus raffiné, exempt de la lourdeur du premier écoulement ou de la rudesse de la dernière pression. Cette expression d'Isojiman Shuzo à Shizuoka témoigne du souci du maître brasseur d'extraire la partie la plus noble de chaque cuvée. Le résultat est un junmai ginjo pur, aromatique et d'un excellent équilibre.
