Employant la méthode traditionnelle kimoto de fermentation lactique naturelle, ce junmai d'une brasserie all-junmai pionnière de Saitama développe des caractéristiques sèches et corsées en profondeur. Brassé à partir de l'eau de l'aquifère de la montagne Chichibu et vieilli au minimum deux ans, il est prisé comme sake gastronomique et révèle son meilleur caractère servi chaud.
