Ce ginjo assemble le Yamada Nishiki et le Hida Homare, tous deux polis à 55%, dans la brasserie de Yaotsu, dans la préfecture de Gifu, connue sous le nom de Kuramoto Yamada. Le Hida Homare est un cultivar spécifique au sake de la préfecture de Gifu qui, dans cet assemblage, apporte un caractère doux et arrondi aux côtés du profil plus net du Yamada Nishiki.
