Nombrado en honor a la aclamada serie de televisión de NHK ambientada en la ciudad termal de Kinosaki, este junmai de clase ginjo de Yoshimura Shuzo en Hyogo extrae su identidad de las raíces regionales de la cervecería. Yoshimura fue pionera en la elaboración sin ácido salicílico en toda su gama, y desarrolló equipos de enfriamiento rápido para minimizar el carbamato de etilo en todos sus productos.
