Yukinobosha Okuden Yamahai es un honjozo elaborado mediante el método yamahai por Saiya Shuzoten en Akita, con Akitasake Komachi e Hitomebore pulidos al 65%. La fermentación yamahai desarrolla un carácter robusto y naturalmente ácido, muy adecuado para calentar en los fríos inviernos de Akita.
