Tsugaruhanto Junmai Ginjo utiliza arroz de sake Hana Omoi pulido al 50 %, elaborado por el maestro cervecero más joven de Aomori en Ozaki Shuzo con el agua de manantial de la montaña Shirakami. El sake ofrece un aroma contenido seguido de un impulso de umami de arroz y un final firme y seco, evocador de la accidentada costa de Tsugaru.
