El arroz Yume Ikkon pulido al 60 % se emplea en este tokubetsu junmai de Asahigiku Shuzo, fermentado con la levadura n.° 7 para obtener un aroma brillante y refrescante y un sabor a arroz profundo que se vuelve más ligero y limpio al calentarlo. Elaborado en la kura de la cervecería en Kurume, Fukuoka, donde el agua subterránea de la cuenca del río Chikugo define el estilo suave y limpio de la casa.
