🍶
Description
Based on a historical brewing recipe using the traditional kimoto method, this junmai has been reformulated with a lowered 11 percent ABV for a lighter, more velvety drinking style. Aromas of mushroom, mochi, dried grass, and maple syrup lead into flavors of brown sugar, black sesame, sweet potato, and earthy notes on a silky, quick finishing palate.
