
Description
Pulido al 70 % y lanzado en otoño como hiyaoroshi, este junmai genshu de Fushimi reposa todo el verano tras una sola pasteurización antes de ser embotellado sin diluir a aproximadamente 17 % de alcohol. El prolongado período de maduración redondea y concentra el sabor, produciendo un sake de profunda umami y cuerpo afirmado. Elaborado con el suave agua de manantial Shiragiku de Fushimi, expresa la riqueza aterciopelada que acompaña al envejecimiento en genshu.
