Daiginjo de Shinroshuzou en Okayama, pulido al 50%. La cervecería, fundada en 1909 y cuyo nombre hace referencia a la expresión 'rocío bendecido por los dioses' utilizada por la religión Konkokyo, ha perpetuado generaciones de artesanía en la elaboración de sake refinado con los recursos naturales de Okayama.
