Rokumaru Oyama Nishiki Jikagumi Muroka Namazake es un Junmai extraído directamente del tanque, sin filtrar y sin pasteurizar de Chiyoshuzou en Nara, usando el raro arroz Oyama Nishiki pulido al 60 %. Jikagumi (extracción directa del tanque) preserva la expresión más completa del carácter de esta variedad regional, guiado por la filosofía de elaboración centrada en el terroir del ex viticultor Tetsuya Sakai.
