Rokumaru Hattan (60 % Hattan Nishiki) Junmai Ginjo Ichibigenshu es una expresión no diluida de primer tiraje de Chiyoshuzou en Nara, usando Hattan Nishiki pulido al 60 %. El carácter terroso y estratificado de la variedad Hattan Nishiki de origen Hiroshima se preserva a plena concentración genshu, moldeado por el agua de manantial mineral del Katsuragi de esta bodega de Nara fundada en 1873.
