Gowari Migaki (五割磨き) describe este Shinomine Junmai Ginjo pulido al 50 %, que mezcla los arroces de sake Gohyakumangoku y Ginpuu. De la bodega de Chiyoshuzou fundada en 1873 en Nara, la contribución floral del Ginpuu complementa el carácter cereal limpio del Gohyakumangoku, fermentados con el agua de manantial del Katsuragi por el ex viticultor Tetsuya Sakai.
