Omachi Junmai Ginjo es un junmai ginjo monovarietal de Kamikokoro Shuzo KK en Okayama, elaborado con arroz Omachi, una de las variedades de arroz para sake más antiguas aún existentes y estrechamente asociada con la prefectura de Okayama donde se originó. El Omachi es conocido por producir sakes de profunda complejidad terrosa y un carácter rico y con cuerpo que difiere notablemente de los ginjos a base de Yamadanishiki, con esta expresión pulida al 60% o menos.
