
Description
Surgido de la misma filosofía de vuelta a los orígenes, este junmai fue elaborado con arroz pulido al 70%, trabajando las materias primas, las levaduras, la estructura y la conservación. A pesar de una boca rica que expresa el sabor del arroz, una acidez elevada y la presencia de gas le confieren una frescura y una ligereza refrescantes. Se abre al reconfortante sonido del 'pon'.
