Gohyakumangoku pulido al 50 % se fermenta a baja temperatura con un enfoque de estilo daiginjo para este tokubetsu junmai envejecido de la etiqueta Nishijin. El sake presenta aroma frutal y el sabor amplio y gastronómico del sake de puro arroz con un final limpio y seco, coronado con un tapón de brocado local de Nishijin.
