Este daiginjo, la cima de la calidad en Nadagiku, se elabora con el rey del arroz para sake de la prefectura de Hyogo, pulido y gestionado meticulosamente hasta el 35 %. Este preciado sake obtenido por prensado en bolsa se presenta en concursos como el Concurso Nacional de Nuevos Sakes y la Cata de Sake Nanbu Bijin. Un sake de excepción que no se distribuye en el mercado.
