Este junmai ginjo de la añada 2014 es fruto de la colaboración entre Kankobai Shuzo y la Universidad de Mie. Elaborado con arroz pulido al menos al 60 % y fermentado sin adición de alcohol destilado, la designación de la añada 2014 destaca la importancia de la cosecha de arroz y las condiciones de elaboración de ese año en la formación del carácter del sake.
