Elaborado con Yamada Nishiki de los campos contratados de la propia destilería y el agua de manantial subterráneo del monte Katsuragi, esta expresión triplemente natural ofrece un carácter de sake crudo y vibrante, moldeado por el enfoque centrado en el terroir del exvinicultor Tetsuya Sakai.
